Мобильное приложение разработано для облегчения работы председателя ТСЖ (ЖСК, ТСН).

Приложение синхронизируется с облачным сервисом "Инфокрафт ЖКХ 365" и позволяет:

• просматривать информацию о жилом фонде;

• просматривать информацию о лицевых счетах (ответственный, проживающие, контакты);

• видеть текущую задолженность;

• передавать показания индивидуальных приборов учета;

• передавать показания коллективных приборов учета.

Для использования приложения необходима "облачная" версия программы "Инфокрафт: Формула ЖКХ" или "Инфокрафт: Формула ЖКХ + Бухгалтерия". При синхронизации указывается адрес приложения в Интернете, имя пользователя и пароль.

Mobile application designed to facilitate the work of the HOA Chairperson (HBC, TSN).

The application is synchronized with the cloud service "Infocraft utilities 365" and allows you to:

• view information about the housing stock;

• view information about personal accounts (responsible, residents, contacts);

• see current debt;

• transfer readings of individual metering devices;

• transmit evidence of collective metering devices.

To use the application, you need the "cloud" version of the program "Infocraft: Formula Housing and Utilities" or "Infocraft: Formula Housing and Communal Services + Accounting". When synchronizing, the address of the application on the Internet, user name and password are indicated.
